Apartment prices are final!

An inflation clause is stated in the Future Contract Agreement. With inflation currently around 15%, the consequent increased purchase price is significant and often difficult for clients to cover.

FINEP doesn’t apply the inflation clause to clients' contracts!

Clients sign contracts with our sellers with a fixed purchase price. This only increases when a client selects a higher standard of fitting, or if the sold area of the apartment is not complied with.
The price of completed units - exclusively listed for sale after completion - is final.

Clients have a guaranteed purchased property price.
