Get € 10,000 as a bonus for furnishing
Now you can get a €10,000 bonus for the furnishing for your new home with purchase of a new apartment in a building of the the Danubius One project. This promotion campaign applies to a purchase of a three-room or a four-room apartment until 31 July 2023.
You just have to pay 20% of the purchase price and sign the contract.
Marketing Promotion Rules
(hereinafter “Rules”)
1. General Provisions
1.1 The Marketing Promotion Rules form a binding document that regulates the terms and conditions of the “Get a BONUS of EUR 10,000 for furnishing your apartment” marketing and promotional project, defines in more detail the rights and obligations of all the participants of the event as well as its Organizer (hereinafter also referred to as the “Rules”) and the conditions of this Promotion Campaign, which is organized by FINEP Jégeho alej a. s.
1.2 Definitions:
a) Promotion campaign – a marketing and promotional campaign called “Get a BONUS of EUR 10,000 for furnishing an apartment” for all new clients/prospective buyers who will meet the conditions specified in these Rules, on the basis of which they will be entitled to receive a voucher in the value of: EUR 10,000 incl. VAT for the purchase of furniture of their choice from the company Dizajnový nábytok K.F.A., spol.s.r.o. or pre-arranged kitchen sets offered by it.
b) Prospective buyer – a natural person/persons, over 18 years of age, having the capacity to perform legal acts, or a legal person who has concluded a binding preliminary contract for purchase of a property with the Organizer in the wording acceptable by the Seller, and who has paid part of the respective purchase price in the amount of at least 20% of the purchase price during the Promotion campaign, and who has also fulfilled other obligations set out in these Rules or by the Organizer.
c) Organizer: FINEP Jégeho alej a. s., registered address: Trnavská cesta 6/A, Bratislava – Ružinov 821 08, Company ID No.: 43 866 778
d) The project means the Danubius One development project on Trnavská Street in Bratislava owned by the Organizer,
e) The object of purchase is a 3-room or a 4-room apartment within the Project.
e) Rules – mean the following rules, which define the terms and conditions of participation within the Promotion campaign.
2. Duration of the Promotion Campaign
2.1 The Promotion campaign runs from 12 June 2023 to 31 July 2023 (inclusive).
3. Conditions for Participation in the Promotion Campaign
3.1 The Promotion campaign is open to all prospective buyers who cumulatively meet all of the following conditions in the period between 12 June 2023 and 31 July 2023:
a) they enter into a binding purchase contract or a binding preliminary contract for purchase with the Organizer, in the wording accepted by the Organizer, the object of which will be a 3-room or a 4-room apartment within the Project,
b) the prospective buyer shall pay part of the purchase price for the defined subject of purchase in the value of 20% of the agreed purchase price,
c) the prospective buyer undertakes in writing to use the voucher exclusively for the furnishing of the subject of purchase,
d) the prospective buyer undertakes to pay any unjust enrichment incurred by them in the event of cancellation of the binding purchase contract or the binding preliminary purchase contract for reasons on their part.
3.2 The Promotion campaign does not apply to:
(a) a purchase of a 1-room or 2-bedroom apartment, non-residential premises and garages, and/or cellars within the Project,
b) other promotional activities of the Organizer,
c) the purchase object within the Project for which a reservation contract, preliminary contract or purchase contract has already been concluded before the commencement of the Promotion campaign,
d) for the purchased objects for which an agreement on the transfer of rights and obligations has been signed with the consent of the Organizer.
3.3 The Organizer’s Promotional campaigns may not be combined.
3.4 The voucher is valid until 30 October 2023; if not used by this time the prospective buyer's entitlement will expire.
3.5 The voucher is non-transferable and will be issued in the Buyer's name, surname and date of birth.
3.6 At any time within the duration of the Promotion campaign, the Organiser reserves their right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions of the Promotion campaign, amend it, including changing the type of the benefit provided, or any substitution thereof. The Organizer reserves their right to cancel the Promotion campaign without compensation and without giving any reason, by making an announcement on their website.
4.
4.1 Any complaints regarding the conduct of the Promotion campaign may be made in writing by the prospective buyer within the duration of the Promotion and no later than 5 days after the end of the Promotion campaign to the following email address: info@finep.sk
4.2 A complaint must include:
(a) identification of the complainant,
(b) precise description and statement of the relevant facts,
(c) the date and signature.
4.3 The time limit for consideration of the complaint is 30 days from the date of its receipt by the Organizer, within which time a written response will also be sent to the complainant.
4.4 The decision of the Organizer regarding the complaint shall be final, no appeal is admissible against it, and any claims under specific consumer protection legislation shall not be affected.
4.5 The prospective buyer has the right to pursue their claims in court or to use out-of-court consumer complaint resolution. The rules of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes and the obligations of entrepreneurs in this respect are laid down in Act No. 250/2007 Z.z., on Consumer Protection.
5. Processing of Personal Data
5.1 The prospective buyer – natural person – is a data subject in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
5.2 The Organizer is the personal data controller in accordance with the Regulation and in accordance with Sec. 19 and Sec. 20 of Act No.18/2018 Z.z. on personal data protection and amending and supplementing certain acts. For this Promotional campaign, personal data is processed to the necessary extent and recorded for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract to which the data subject is a party pursuant to Sec. 13(1)(b) of the Act or Sec. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “processing based on a contract”). The prospective buyer acknowledges that the processing of personal data may also occur subsequently due to the legitimate interest of the Organizer in the course of the contractual relationship or for the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations arising from the concluded contract or participation in this Promotion campaign.
5.3 The data subject shall have the right to request the controller to provide them with access to the their personal data processed, the right to rectification of personal data, the right to erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to the portability of personal data, as well as the right to submit a petition to the respective supervisory authority. Where the controller processes personal data on the basis of the data subject’s consent, the data subject shall have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on any consent given prior to its withdrawal.
