Terms and Conditions of the Offer
The offer with an initial payment of 10% of the purchase price applies to selected flats and apartments in the Dúbravka – Na Lúke project, marked on this page with the label “Initial Payment 10%”. When purchasing an eligible property, you pay just 10% of the purchase price upfront. The remaining 90% is payable only after construction is completed, before taking possession of the property.
The offer is valid until the selected flats and apartments are sold out and may be subject to additional eligibility requirements. The seller reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer early. Standard payment terms apply to all other properties in the project.
Under the 10/90 payment schedule, the purchase price of the property differs from the price applicable under the standard payment terms. Our sales representatives will be happy to provide you with the exact purchase price and payment conditions. All listed prices include VAT.
